MOBI, a smart phone application, is paired with a secure web-based dashboard that both client and provider can access.
The client simply completes 1-2 minute daily surveys about their mood, symptoms, medications, sleep, and how they’re feeling overall.
The information is instantly sent to their clinician via a secure dashboard. The daily surveys have been developed from a decade of research studies and can be customized to address any changes and create a more personal conversation.
With MOBI, when clients go to their doctor, they won’t spend the first 15 minutes answering repetitious questions about the past week. All of the client’s up-to-the-minute data is in the palm of their hand—an instant snapshot of all of their experiences, with increased accuracy because they do not have to recall what happened days ago. Now clients and doctors can collaboratively evaluate treatment progress and make decisions on the next steps in their recovery journey.
MOBI facilitates measurement-based care and clinic-wide data collection that identifies worsening symptoms with built-in predictive algorithms that calculate mental health issues. If any escalation is detected, an alert is sent directly to the client’s physician, so they can rapidly make treatment decisions to keep the client safe.
In addition to the daily surveys, a once-a-week survey analyzes symptoms over seven days and calculates any change. As with the daily surveys, the client’s answers are instantly relayed to their physician, who can, if needed, refill or alter prescriptions on the spot.
Unlike other health apps, MOBI is designed to work in partnership with a client’s treatment team. Our dedicated team trains and supports providers on how to use the app to create measurement-based care that’s easy to integrate into their existing models.
Best of all, MOBI technology meets the highest standards of data security, The HIPAA Privacy Rule, and Protected Health Information. In addition, all data is owned by the patient and is not used or shared by Safari Health for any purposes other than MOBI. Because after all, when it comes to health data, the most important thing is security.
